AI Analyst - Product

What you'll be doing

  • Map and analyze Product team workflows, user research processes, feature development pipelines, and product analytics to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and insights.

  • Build sophisticated n8n workflows that automate product data collection, user feedback aggregation, feature request tracking, and cross-functional communication flows.

  • Utilize Exa for intelligent product research, Pinecone for semantic search across user feedback and product documentation, and Hex for advanced product analytics and visualization.

  • Develop Python and JavaScript solutions for automated user behavior analysis, feature usage tracking, A/B test result compilation, and product metrics dashboards.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to understand product development cycles and create automation that accelerates decision-making and reduces friction.

  • Model complex data structures for product analytics, user segmentation, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks to enable data-driven product decisions.

  • Create AI-powered tools for analyzing user feedback sentiment, automatically categorizing feature requests, and identifying patterns in product usage data.

  • Build integrations between product tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Productboard, Jira) to create unified data flows and eliminate manual data transfer.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize automation performance, ensuring workflows scale with product growth and adapt to changing product strategies.

Who we are looking for

  • A technical analyst with 3-5+ years of experience in product analytics, data engineering, or automation development, with strong coding capabilities.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with experience building data pipelines, API integrations, and analytical tools.

  • Proven experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms, with the ability to design complex, multi-step automation sequences.

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools including Exa, Pinecone, Hex, or equivalent platforms for intelligent data processing and analysis.

  • Deep understanding of API architectures, webhooks, data transformations, and system integration patterns.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap) and product management platforms (Productboard, Aha!, Linear, Jira) is highly valuable.

  • Skilled in data modeling, with the ability to design database schemas, data warehouses, and analytics frameworks that support product insights.

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and creating automated reporting for product experiments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of using data to uncover insights and drive product improvements.

  • Excellent collaborator who can work effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver impactful solutions.

  • 20% product domain expertise (understanding product development lifecycle, user experience principles, feature prioritization) combined with 80% technical engineering skills.

  • Passionate about leveraging AI to enhance product development velocity and quality, ideally with fintech or SaaS product experience.
