Revenue Operations Specialist

This role sits at the heart of our Sales + Marketing operations.
You’ll own HubSpot administration, improve automation, clean up routing and tracking, and help us build reliable reporting and attribution.
What you’ll do
HubSpot ownership
Own HubSpot as an admin (data model, workflows, automation, lifecycle stages).
Improve CRM hygiene and ensure GTM teams follow clean processes.
Document HubSpot workflows and processes so teams work consistently.
Lead routing + lifecycle operations
Fix and improve lead routing rules (speed, accuracy, ownership).
Improve lead source tracking and lifecycle stage reliability.
Reduce manual work through smart automation and clear rules.
Automation & integrations
Build and maintain automations using tools like n8n and Make.com.
Improve data flow between HubSpot and other GTM tools.
Ensure automations are reliable, auditable, and don’t break reporting.
Reporting & performance
Improve sales dashboards and reports for daily execution visibility.
Help define GTM metrics and ensure we report them consistently.
Support funnel reporting across lead → meeting → pipeline → revenue.
Attribution & segmentation (plus)
Improve attribution logic and reduce “unattributed” leads.
Support segmentation and targeting for lifecycle and product marketing campaigns.
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)
By month 3–6, you will have delivered:
Full documentation of HubSpot processes, workflows, and lifecycle stages.
A clean, reliable lead routing + ownership model.
Improved lead source tracking and reduced tracking gaps.
A stronger attribution setup that minimises unattributed leads.
Clear customer segmentation that supports targeting and product marketing.
Better dashboards and reports that help Sales focus on the right actions daily.

What we’re looking for
Must-have
3+ years experience in B2B SaaS (any GTM, ops, or growth capacity).
1+ year hands-on HubSpot admin experience (not just a user).
Experience building automations with n8n, Make.com, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of CRM data structure and GTM workflows.
Comfortable working with Sales + Marketing teams day-to-day.
Experience with B2B reporting and funnel analytics.
Nice-to-have
Experience building or improving marketing attribution models.
Strong segmentation skills (persona/industry/size/use case based).
Basic knowledge of SQL (querying, debugging, validating data).
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (scripts, automation support, integrations).
Experience working with lifecycle marketing tools like Customer.io / Iterable is a plus
